photo{s} a day fifteen: longest. day. ever.

I wish I was kidding.  I mean, it's a rarity that I do not leave the house - unless I am sick, and then sometimes even so.  The boys have been great, Dusty slept the majority of the day and I got a lot of work done {house work & work work} but yeah, today was the day that would never end.

But, yay!  I finally got my Focus T25 in - the latest and greatest Shaun T madness.  I have done Insanity a bazillion times by now, as well as Asylum 1 and Asylum 2.  Since having Jeremiah I have done all three programs twice and in between I just mix them all together.  I have been on a Shaun T kick for about three years now.  He is basically my best friend y'all.

And now ... there's this beauty, Focus T25.  I am so excited to have 12 new and fabulous workouts!  Today was day one and I am pumped.  I took my "before" photo and and ready to go!  I am sure you'll hear more from me about it in the coming weeks!

post work out.  I was dripping.
And then there's the things you learn from staying home all day.
1.  It is amazing how much your kids can lay around and/or entertain themselves all day.  And I do mean amazing.
2.)  Your baby CAN take long naps, if given the opportunity and he's void of distractions - such as the phone ringing off the wall, the preschool gate slamming, people walking in and out of the office, people talking loudly, the copier... you get the drift.
3.)  If I let my hair air dry, it actually has some body.
Who knew?
4.)  I can learn how to make tank tops from one of my hubby's old t-shirts.  Granted, I did this in about 2 minutes in almost darkness.  Now, I want to go to Good Will, find some awesome shirts, and make TONS of them!  I think it'll be great for working out, laying around, or ya know - those days where you don't leave the house ALL DAY.
I love this photo of Eli.  I had to do it in color.  I think he was bored... but, oh so cute.  And sweet little J in the background... ahhh - so sweet.
YAWN!!  Poor baby is still trying to catch up on his sleep.  I love that I caught this yawn.  He was pitiful.  This yawn was en route to the floor, as he gave up and simply laid his head down.

Oh, you know - fighting.  It's amazing the battles that ensue and the super powers they possess.  But, I gotta tell ya - just listening to them explain "the rules" first tires me out.

And then there's this guy, who steals my green smoothies - all the time.  I literally cannot take a drink or he's screaming at me for a sip.  So, I made him his own.  And you better believe he drank every. last. drop.
Any guesses on what we had for dinner?  I love our view.  We eat outside every night during the summer.
I adore these two together.  Silas loves swinging his bro.  The were both giggling profusely.
Silas reclined my seat, took over swinging the baby {I was originally swinging him before previous photo} grabbed me a coke zero and told me "to relax for the rest of the evening."  It was too cute and too sweet.  I guess he thought I needed a break.
these eyes kill me.
oh, and so does this smile.  every time.
