photo[s} a day, fourteen, disneyland.
Yesterday Dusty and I had decided we would surprise the boys and take them to Disneyland after school on Friday, stay the night, and go back Saturday morning. Of course they saw me packing the bags while waiting on D to get home from work. I overheard Silas and Eli whispering,
“Well, she’s packing a bag.... so that’s a clue. That means we are staying the night and you know what that means...”
“Oh, and mom said we are going to do something fun. It has to be Disney.”
“Yep. These are all good clues.”
Of course they pretty much knew it was Disneyland. We can’t fool them - we go too often. Silas told Dusty when he got home, “we had a secret brother meeting and we think all signs point to going to Disneyland.”
Ding, ding, ding.
We got to our hotel, checked into our room, threw on some jackets and went to grab a bite to eat before heading to the park. We had a kick back night and morning. We typically don’t rush around to do a million things because we know we’ll be back in a few weeks. That’s the beauty of having passes. However, we have such a great system that we can pretty much do everything we want within a couple of hours. We are already headed back home because we have two birthday parties today. Party it up! I'm tired just thinking about it ;)
