photo{s} a day, sixteen: green eggs & ham and a date
So, Eli has been obsessed with green eggs and ham lately and has been requesting that I make him some for the past few days. I finally got around to it! {Hurray! This was mostly due to an extra day off!} We were so busy this weekend and all, I just haven't been able to. He finally got it and was ever so thrilled, even though Silas kept pointing out that it was "just eggs with green food coloring." Although it, of course, tasted no different - he was so happy about me obliging his request.
Also, remember how I took Eli on a date the other day? Well, it was Silas' turn. Silas, however, wanted Jeremiah to come with us. Since Jeremiah is fighting a little cold and wanting mommy anyway, he did indeed join us. We went to Ross to pick out a toy and then for some ice cream. Next time around, we'll have to just do something fun, rather than pick out toys. But because I took Eli to find a bear for his teddy bear picnic on his date, of course, Silas expected to pick something out for his.
