As per yesterday's post, I was concerned Eli would not participate today. Don't get me wrong - he didn't want to. But, I think I handled it in a way that coaxed him towards doing it.

On the way home from school, I excitedly asked about Pajama Day and how awesome it was. He said he did actually like it. If you know Eli, "actualllllly".... I don't need to say any more - you're already laughing. If you don't know E, sorry.

I talked about how we were going to go home and pick out our outfits for Wacky Wednesday and how I thought he would really like it, just like he enjoyed Pajama Day. He was not quite persuaded, but open to looking for ideas {in the past, I have just dressed him - or rather, fought dressing him}. We started looking around and found a cool shirt. Then I said, "wouldn't this be cool if...." and "what if we...", etc. Well, just look at the photos and you'll see what we came up with.

Also, it helped to match him and Si exactly, so he was not self conscious. I heart how they turned out.
