life lately.
Hello June. June. The month I've been dreading for a year. I know, I know - I cannot stop the inevitable from happening. My baby is going to turn one, whether I want him to or not. I think I've been extra emotional this time around because I know Jeremiah is my baby - my last baby - and there's no stopping time. I know how fast it goes and I'm trying to hold onto it, even though I know I can't.
{Sigh}
The good news is, I've been so melodramatic about it that when Jeremiah turned 6 months, I proclaimed he was basically already a year. Ha. So really - I have been mentally preparing myself. {crazy girl, I know. You don't have to tell me these things!}
The good news is it's SUMMER. Oh, how I love summer. I love having shorter work days, a more relaxed schedule, more time with the boys, the SUN, being tan, and just not feeling so crazy hectic and busy. That is great. 10 more days of school and I can officially proclaim it's summer break, but Dusty is already on summer vacation so it kinda seems like it anyway!
I'm also hoping I can have more time for photography, editing, and blogging this summer. Now that Jeremiah is getting bigger, becoming mobile, sleeping less and requiring much more of my undivided attention, those kind of things have pretty much fallen by the wayside - sadly. I do know that soon - most likely faster than I'd like the time to come - I'll have more than enough time to do those things. So, I will choose to enjoy the seasons as they come.
So, you guys, that's my plan. To enjoy the summer. To enjoy this season in life. As always, here's some photos of our life lately.
