introducing tessa marie
Remember my cousin-in-law, Aly, that I took maternity photos of last month? {See post, here}. Well, little Miss Tessa made her big debut on Wednesday, February 1.
She is an absolute angel and the perfect subject. She literally slept almost the entire time, minus a few stirs here and there. I couldn't believe how easy she was to photograph. If there were ever a perfect newborn shoot, this was it. Big sister, Reese, let me take a few photos of her as well {initially, she politely told me, "no", when I asked if I could take some photos of her}. I asked if she could be my "big, big helper" just for a minute. It didn't hurt that Eli {who came to tag along and play with Reese} was dying to be the helper. I said, "I really need Reese to be my special helper this time" and I guess that got her, because she obliged! Thank goodness she did, because she literally looks like a doll. Simply stunning. She gave me about 3 minutes, but I think we did okay :)
